Rest assured that all things Sulinu has Kylie’s personal stamp of approval. While her schedule is quite limited for taking on personal consultations, she does work with select plastic surgeons and wound healing clinics. The Pre-Op Meal Guide is meant to reinforce healthy eating and ensure you arm your system with enough protein and other nutrients also featured within meal plans. It works across the board no matter what procedure you’re having (as approved by your surgeon).  However, it is less detailed than the Post-Op Meal Plans, which include 2 full weeks of dinner recipes tailored to your specific cosmetic procedure. The Post-Op Meal Plans are more comprehensive with breakfast/lunch/dinner/and snack recipes tailored to specific cosmetic procedures. Additionally, there are make-ahead suggestions, shopping lists, and fast-track solutions to help make it even more convenient to address post-surgical concerns such as inflammation, bruising, and clean incision healing. 

You will receive the Pre-Op Meal Guide and your Post-Op Meal Plans as a printed version when you purchase the kit. The Meal Plans are not sold seperately.

YES! All meals can be prepared in 30 minutes or less with breakfast and lunches often taking fewer than 10 minutes to prepare. Designing recipes there are easy while still ensuring that they are also packed with variety and unique flavor profiles was a priority because we want you to reserve your energy for healing. We also put a premium on streamlining all aspects of the prep process, with make and freeze-in-advance suggestions, shopping lists and shortcut solutions.

Currently, we have created meal plans for some of the most common procedures. However, we will continue to add new plans as we grow. That said, it doesn’t mean that you are out of luck. Simply email us and a dietician will let you know which meal plan might be a good substitute for you in the meantime.

No. This can serve as a guide. You can eat the same meal 1, 2, even 3 times if you wish. We know that everyone’s tastebuds are different, so we wanted to provide a wide variety of flavor options. That way, you can always skip meals and still enjoy a ton of variety in your diet. 

We created the meals to ensure they were start-to-finish in under 30 minutes. Most breakfasts and lunches are closer to 10-minute preparations.

Yes. A substitution list is included within each meal plan.

No, these are not designed for weight loss.

There are no refunds on meal plans. The meal plans are an information product, and therefore can’t be returned. However, we are extremely confident that if you follow the simple steps in the program, YOU will be successful in changing your recovery.

Yes! There are over 30 recipes plus snacks, with substitutions included. 

Yes, these meals provide an amazing way to keep the whole family healthy! Ingredient amounts are intended for single portions so quantities should be adjusted.

The calories given in the meal plans are estimates.  It is advised you also do your own calorie counting based on specific food brands you purchase

No, but if you want to follow a low-carb or keto lifestyle, the meal plan can easily be tailored to those specifications, especially because protein is an important diet staple in diets like keto. You can adjust meal plans to work for YOU and still glean tons of benefits–especially when following them longer than 2 weeks. However, keep in mind that meal plans are calibrated to address particular health concerns that could be lost in the process of making too many adjustments. For instance, we do recommend eating a higher carbohydrate diet the first 2 weeks after surgery than you might be accustomed to on restrictive diets.

We don’t recommend any type of calorie-restrictive diet the first month after surgery.

We use foods in the appropriate dosage and the correct type to make cheese selections that are surgery-safe and usable. Our cheeses are lower sodium but higher protein and add beautiful flavor to the meals, without causing unwanted side effects.

This meal plan is considered “high calorie, high protein”. We always recommend seeking your doctor’s advice to ensure that this isn’t problematic for certain conditions. Deciding when to stop using your meal plan is based on the type of surgery you had. Follow the diet for the full two weeks and then, if you are still on the mend, feel free to go back and repeat dishes to bolster your healing process.

Some of our customers have asked for the “most recommended” and “favorite” meals in order to pare down the menu. We love all the dishes and they feature their own benefits, which is why we’ve included them. But some definitely are chockfull of multi-benefit nutrition and can be made in less than 10 minutes, so they’ve quickly gained popularity. We call out a few of these in our “Fast Track Meals” or in some other meal plans "The Best and Easiest Meals"

One of the biggest myths in plastic surgery is that you can heal simply by eating more protein. This is not true!  Sulinu meal plans have been specifically designed to target the entire body. We target your incision, your digestion, and ramp up your immunity. We also take into consideration factors such as recovering from anesthesia, narcotics, and antibiotics.

Calories and protein are listed for each recipe.

Vegetarian, substitution for meat selections, nut-free, dairy-free and gluten-free options can be found within all of the meal plans. See the key in the meal plan to see various designations. Allergies should be reviewed by a dietitian or nutrition specialist. We do incorporate nuts, eggs, honey, and dairy in several of our recipes. Sulinu is not suitable for strict vegans (not eating any animal products).

Yes! Based on body weight, men may need to increase portion sizes.

We believe variety is the spice of life, so there’s nothing standard about Sulinu. But every day you can expect an easy-to-prepare breakfast like a wound-healing bowl loaded with anti-oxidant rich fruits and mid-morning snacks to ward off nausea. Lunches are usually grab-and-go as well, to keep things streamlined immediately following surgery and simple to maintain when you resume your busy schedule. That may mean a bento box that you can prep and store in the fridge overnight or something that takes less than 10 minutes to prepare. Dinners run the gamut and you can visit our Post-Op Meal Plans to see a sample of some of the delicious recipes. Again, convenience is key, with all recipes prepared in less than 30 minutes, but could include salmon bites with a delicious tahini dip or a soothing soup. We also included some ideas to finish off your evening with a warm and yummy nightcap or gut-healthy mocktail. We have received tons of feedback about the filling nature of our meals and delicious mix of flavors, which we feel is quite an accomplishment considering that we don’t mask flavor with sugar, sodium, and other fillers.

Vegan, vegetarian, and meat options are featured nearly every day within the meal plans. We incorporated plenty of plant-foward protein, nourishing vegetarian options, and meats such as turkey, fish, and chicken to provide variety even if you should decide to only prepare a select number of dishes featured within your meal plan.

We designed meal plans to provide approximately 2000 calories and over 100 grams of protein daily, nutrient loading that is absolutely vital to the demands placed on your body during the healing process. What we leave out is as important, keeping sodium levels under approximately 2000 mg daily.

Many clients who purchase Sulinu Before + After Vitals and Post-Op Meal Plans have medical concerns. If you have a chronic disease (such as PCOS, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, cancer), or are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult with your doctor before purchasing. 

We use only whole, real foods in all of the meals. So even if you reside outside the US, you should be able to find everything you need to prepare all of the recipes.

These are not designed for weight loss. However, some clients say they lose water weight due to the whole food approach.

Sulinu is for women and men 18 years and older who want to have a safer, stronger recovery afterplastic surgery by using specialized nutrition. This program is NOT for: high school students, professional athletes, or those who have an eating disorder or are in recent recovery.

For best results, we recommend using Before + After Vitals 1- 3 months before surgery and 3 months after surgery.It can be used seamlesslyin conjunction with the Pre-Op Meal Guide daily 3 weeks before surgery and at least 2 weeks following surgery with the Post-Op Meall Plan, as allowed by your surgeon. Some clients go on to safely consume Before + After Vitals daily indefinitely to optimize health. Again, speak with your healthcare provider to determine what is right for you.

Absolutely, it’s never too late to experience the nutritional benefits of the formula.  

Our patented ingredients within our supplement have been clinically shown to accelerate incision healing, help with constipation and bloating, and maximize protein and amino acid absorption. While most supplements need to be taken with food to avoid severe nausea, Before + After Vitals is carefully created to be gentle on the stomach. You can take it with food or by itself in liquid. But since all bodies are individual, we do typically recommend partnering with food to ease digestion. But in a nutshell, Before + After Vitals is specifically designed to be safe for surgical procedures, so it takes factors into consideration multi-vitamins do not. For example, steroids can deplete vitamin A sources, so Before + After Vitals includes it. Certain vitamins and minerals are not safe before surgery, so we’ve omitted those. We have calibrated exactly the amounts you need to avoid mega-dosing, while ramping up dosage levels of nutrients vital for healing, such as protein enzymes and essential amino acids. Two pouches provide you with a scoop of powder daily to partner with your meal plans, as well as a little extra to incorporate into make-ahead culinary creations (or unexpected spills)!

Due to the carefully studied dosages and ingredients, we recommend taking only 1 serving a day.

The ingredient dosages are carefully calibrated to deliver therapeutic levels specific to surgical recovery, not mega doses contained in many supplements. We have deemed Before + After Vitals generally safe for long-term use, but there are no long-term studies to support this claim. We recommend that you speak with your healthcare provider before taking any supplement long term. 

Before + After Vitals does not contain GMOs, gluten, corn, eggs, peanuts, dextrose, herbicides, artificial colors or flavors. Our whey protein isolate is vegetarian and considered low-lactose as the result of an extra process to remove the majority of lactose–an amount well below the level considered for for most lactose-intolerant people by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA). It is, however, produced in a facility that may produce allergens.

We are working diligently with our fulfillment centers and shipping carriers to get products delivered to customers as soon as possible. We ship packages via USPS priority and typically orders are received within 2 - 4 days. Please allow 24 hours for our fulfillment center to process each order.

Sulinu will refund your payment if there’s an issue with your order arriving due to shipping problems, damage, or missing product . The refund request must be made within 20 days of purchase. If you ordered the Starter Kit and need to return the B +A vitals, the refund of B+A Vitals will be given at the discounted rate of the entire package. Only one return per person, per household. Given FDA requirements, we are unable to accept a return or offer a refund for a product that has successfully shipped from our warehouse.
